I want to take a few moments to explain a bit about how I structure my sessions and the pricing. A lot of photographers will offer a variety of packages with a wide ranging number of images included. Or they offer packages that limit the session time, telling you your time will be up in 30 minutes.
I’m not sure about you, but any time I’ve looked at another photographer’s website, the variety of packages has so many caveats and variables in it, my head ends up spinning trying to figure out exactly what I’ll get for my money. And the packages are structured in a way that makes it sound as though I’m a widget on an assembly line.
That’s not how I operate.
I want you to have complete control over how many images you end up wanting edited and, ultimately, control over how much you end up spending. The cost you’ll see for all my sessions _ headshots, personal branding or heirloom portraits _ cover our time together. I never book more than two sessions a day expressly so neither of us feels rushed. And then you are in full control over the number of images you end up selecting for purchase. For one, how do you know how many images you’ll want or need until you see the results? Why lock yourself in to a package of images if you only need or want one?
Even for my clients who just want one image, I will never make you feel rushed and I will not force you out the door until you’re completely satisfied you have the images you need to make the statement you want. That said, it won’t take us long to start producing some killer images.
So here’s the easy-to-digest pricing structure:
Headshots: $300 sitting fee with each image you select at $150 per image. We’ll produce headshots against pure white and gray backgrounds. The studio also has a variety of colors to match your brand, from pink and red to blue, olive green and beige. We also can produce dark gray and black backgrounds.
Personal Branding: $450 sitting fee plus $150 per image. These sessions produce a variety of headshots as well as 3/4-body, full-body portraits, action shots and product shots. Each session is customized to fit your needs as a Boise entrepreneur or executive seeking to showcase you and your business.
Heirloom Portraits: $450 sitting fee, which includes the services of a professional hair and makeup artist. Each session is designed to produce magazine-quality Vanity Fair style portraits that evoke an Old Hollywood set. These sessions are designed to produce images you will want printed and framed and on display around your home to cherish for generations.
I have no doubt I’m the most expensive headshot and portrait photographer in the Treasure Valley. There is a reason why: You get 5-star service, top-notch results time after time. I have spent years studying and honing the craft specializing in these genres of photography, understanding light and how to use it. I’m an associate photographer in the Peter Hurley Headshot Crew, a global network of the top headshot photographers, and the only associate-level photographer for about 6 hours around the Boise area.
You can spend less elsewhere, but do you want to take the risk of not getting the results you need? Get it done right and without worry about how you’ll look in your images.
